I’m like you know i would be a good idea to show you how i personally go ahead and pay all the online transactions that i am doing um along with using the funds that i have been saving into my seeking funds so that’s what i’ll be doing so technically what i’m doing is paying my credit card as well as paying myself back because i’m simply pulling other funds from
My seeking funds and putting it on my visa debit all right so that’s what we’re going to be doing but also i will be revealing the giveaway winner for last week’s giveaway announcement and don’t forget to check out going budget’s video because she will be announcing the other winner on her channel i’m super excited so that being said that’s going to be done at
The end so let’s just go ahead and jump into today’s video so right here what you see is my monthly expense tracker everything that you see me using is going to be available on my website and they’re going to be linked below um so i don’t have a lot of crazy transactions i hope you guys can see let me zoom you guys in more so as i was saying i don’t really have
Extensive transactions that i did online so this is just an overview i’m going to go ahead and color coordinate them that way it’s just going to be easier for me when i go ahead and pull out the funds from my sticking friends i hope that makes sense this is my first time filming this so i hope i’m not all over the place all right so this video was supposed to go
Up before my cat stuffing but i didn’t but that’s okay so first and foremost we’re going to be doing my dead snowball and let’s just go ahead and highlight this in blue so this allows me to have a better understanding of how i’m organizing um my cash out basically all right so first we have that snowball payment this allows me to make an extra payment towards one
Of my debts i went ahead and put it towards my visa card i am so close to paying that off y’all so let’s go ahead and highlight this in blue hopefully i don’t mess up y’all because i’m not oh it’s pretty dark now but anyways that’s okay all right so there we go i need to get myself proper highlighters but that’s okay so that’s all for that snowball next let’s go
Ahead and move on to self-care i did have to go ahead and pull out some money i needed a few things for my journaling um just like some skincare stuff and all that good jazz so let’s go ahead and highlight self-care real quick all right so the first thing i had for software is my journaling then i had to get some stationery i don’t think i’ve mentioned it here
On my youtube channel but um i am going to be scrapbooking for my money-making journey that’s something i really enjoyed doing so i had to go ahead and get some few things and i might show you guys what i got and how i go about building up my money mindset manifesting journal then i got some skincare as i had mentioned i had to get my african black soap i also
Had to get some aloe vera and turmeric this is maria and it’s gonna last me a long time so that’s that and then i had to get some knickknacks y’all couldn’t can’t really remember what it was but it is for my self-care i keep track of my receipts so that’s how i know exactly how much it is this is a mess in it i really definitely should get um proper highlighters
All right because these pointy pens are not doing it our last self-care transaction was also for my manifesting journal all right so we’re all done with our self-care expenses next let’s go ahead and do our giveaway um i had to order a few things ahead of time for my giveaway so um let’s go ahead and highlight that and i think i should do let’s just do yellow
Um yeah i had to prep ahead of time and in today’s video i’m not going to be pulling out the full amount simply because i had already pulled out some money from my giveaway envelope to pay for it beforehand so then i have some business supplies that i have to go ahead and pay myself back so when it comes to business supplies it’s either for my youtube channel
Or for my shopify website so let’s go ahead and highlight business supplies actually let’s do red let me do red all right so i only have two for that ooh can you tell i don’t know how to draw y’all because even highlighting is an issue all right so boom last but not least i had to get some stuff from amazon so let’s go ahead and highlight this for my business
As well y’all probably gonna see some changes soon so i’m excited change is good and what is called inevitable yeah all right so we’re all done with our business supplies last but not least eid is also an expense that i have to take care of we recently had to eat so i had to use my debit visa and i’m going to go ahead and pay myself back i did go um a little bit
Over budget but that’s okay anyways i’m going to go ahead and highlight this and we’re going to do purple i ended up using some of my online buffer because honestly it came so fast y’all and i guess for the first one i was ready for the second one not really didn’t really realize it was going to be like so close from one another but that’s okay we’ll do better
All right so now that we’re all done i get like how it looks like i’m going to go ahead and tally up my total and we’re going to be taking the money out from my second fund so what we’re going to do first is simply go ahead and open my sticky funds binder and we’ll go ahead and go into each of my categories and simply remove the funds so i can go ahead and deposit
It into my bank account all right so let’s go ahead and begin i’m going to open up my binder y’all don’t mind the stickers i’m trying to work on a few things so kind of have to play around with a few things so let’s start with all right so it happened again for some reason my camera keeps getting caught off i did not realize and i thought i was filming and i was
Basically almost done but that’s okay i’m going to go ahead and do it all over again so for starters i’m going to be pulling out my dead snowball envelope or i’m going to be pulling out the money from my dead snowball sticking fan and i’ll be pulling out a total of 125 so let’s go ahead and skip all the way to that snowball and we’re probably going to be pulling
Out the whole thing most likely so let’s see let’s count it up so 20 40 60 80 100 and 5 10 15 20 25 perfect so 125 is how much we’re going to be on stuffing let me just put it right here and of course i’m also going to be filling out the updates of the trackers off-camera later on so we’re all done with that snowball moving on to self-care let me go ahead and
Do the total for all of my self-care expenses that way i know exactly how much to pull out all right so starting with journaling it’s a total of 49 37 all right plus my stationery which is 37 11 plus skincare 2302 and my miscellaneous plus 475 and last but not least plus 15 37 that gives me a total of 129.95 so i’m simply going to be pulling out a total of 130
Dollars so let’s go ahead and find our self-care sinking fund and we’ll be pulling a hundred and thirty dollars so let’s do two fifties and a twenty and a thirty i’m happy i have the exact change y’all so i don’t need to be thinking about it all right so we have 50 100 120 130 so we’re all done with our self-care categories let’s go ahead and move on to giveaway
Actually giveaway i’m going to do it last because that is in my other binder so i’m going to be moving on to business supplies next which it’s close so business supplies is next and let’s see i’m going to be pulling out a total of let me do the math real quick so 1914 plus 9 33 28 47 let’s see how much we have i do have a business supplies in my other binder
As well so if i don’t have enough here i’ll just go ahead and pull it out from the other one oh 30 so it’s going to be exactly the same thing which means business is back to zero but that’s okay so let me go ahead and take off business supplies that way we know we’re done so business one business two all right so we’re all done with business let’s go ahead and
Move on to our eat and let me go ahead and do the total real quick so we have 23 14 plus 21 96 that gives me a total of 45 dollars and 10 cents so i’m just going to go ahead and pull out 45 and for eat y’all i did mention that i had to go um use my online buffer a little bit so whatever i have is whatever i’m going to be pulling out that’s why i like having an
Online buffer just in case and it is now empty and we’re pulling out 45 so for my online buffer i only use like 10 whatever so i just had to get a few things here and there so we have our 5 25 45 so we’re good let me just add it to the pile so we’re all done with e last but not least we have our giveaway left all right so let me go ahead and close this binder
Up and we can move on for the giveaway i did mention that i had to go ahead and upload the money beforehand um just to order a few things so let’s go ahead and do that real quick and open up the other binder all right so let’s go ahead and open up my business binder we’re going to skip all the way till the end these are just my saving challenges so giveaway is
The thing is this one right here now this is marketing i need to do my other cash shopping for my business to envelope y’all so i definitely need to get on that so for my business giveaway i only have ten dollars i didn’t mention that i had already pulled out the money to order the things beforehand so this ten dollars is going to be going towards my shipping um
Fun for when i do go ahead and ship it to the winner all right so we’re all done with our giveaway as well so now that we’ve crashed out all of the sinking funds that needed to be cashed out let’s go ahead and do the total all right so we’re all done i do apologize for the lightning it was raining and then it’s all sunny now so let’s go ahead and count how much
We have and what our total is let me just put the bills together real quick so it just makes it easier for me when i count i should have like no i didn’t really need to pull out my tray so it is what it is just bear with me all right so let’s go like this see how much we’re expensing total for the month of july by the way y’all this is for the month of july if
I did not mention it all right so let me go ahead and count that way i know exactly how much i’m expensing for all of my online purchases for the month of july so we have 50 100 20 40 60 80 100 20 40 60 80 300 310 15 20 25 30 35 40. so 340 dollars is my total and how much i am cashing out for my sticking funds so let’s go ahead and put the total in here i’m
Just going to go ahead and use my red pen right here total of oh i already had the dollar sign but anyways total of 340 dollars there we go a total of three hundred and forty dollars so we’re all done i’m going to be going to the bank depositing that that way everything’s up to par so let’s go ahead and announce the giveaway winner i just want to say thank you
